STEAM PRESSURE
DEMOLITION AGENT WORKS

GANSIZER METHOD

The Gansizer work method does not require a license. “Gansizer®,” the non-explosive, low-vibration, steam-pressure demolition agent developed by Nippon Koki Co., Ltd., helps shorten work time and reduce costs through efficient demolition while reducing vibration and noise in the surrounding areas. The ground vibration, in terms of the vibration velocity value, generated when performing demolition with Gansizer is roughly 50% of explosive blasting, assuming the use of efficient explosives to realize a similar demolition effect.

      • HYDRAULIC DRILL METHOD

      Non-explosive

Gansizer® is a unique and revolutionary demolition agent that utilizes steam pressure generated by the thermal decomposition of the agent to fracture hard bedrock.
Since it does not contain any explosives, it is not subject to the Japanese Explosives Control Law and there is no need to apply for permission when using it.

      • HYDRAULIC DRILL METHOD

      Instantaneous demolition

Unlike the case of a static demolition agent, crushing work is quickly completed onsite through setting an ignition tool and electrically igniting it. This allows work to advance smoothly and the works period to be shortened.

      • HYDRAULIC DRILL METHOD

      Low-vibration

Since there are no shock waves such as produced by general explosives, vibrations are also reduced to between roughly 1/2—1/5 cm/sec.
This is a safe demolition agent that makes it possible to implement demolition even on sites adjacent to inhabited homes and buildings, or sites close to general roads.
